Sarah Halpin, BCL, Dip. E.Comm.
Sarah is an honours graduate of University College Dublin. She practiced for a number of years in a top ten commercial law firm before founding Halpin & Co. Solicitors. She holds a Diploma in the law relating to E-Commerce awarded by the Law Society of Ireland in 2005. She regularly lectures in The Rubicon Centre in C.I.T. to entrepreneurs on legal issues for S.M.E’s and also lectures to the Munster Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She adopts a practical approach to problem solving. She advises businesses and individuals on various areas of the law from employment, property, landlord and tenant, intellectual property, contracts, litigation, business structure, business expansion and company restorations.
